What is a Refill store?

A Refill Store or Station is a place where you can refill your home essentials.​Reduce single-use plastic waste by reusing and refilling your containers instead of throwing away and buying a new one each time you need a product. Bring your own containers, we weigh and label your goods and you buy only what you need.​ ​* Jars and Reusable Bags Available for Purchase



What type of containers do I need to refill?

Any Kind... but an important part of the refill process is to clean and dry your jars before refilling them. We also recommend filling your container with the same product as before.



What if I do not bring my container?

No worries, we have bottles, jars and dispensers for sale at the store. Otherwise we lend you reused and returnable containers.



Where can I refill?

For first time customer, we recommend to book a visit or find us at local events. We will explain the process, talk about the products and help you get started. You can also order your refills online and get delivered at your doorstep.



Tell me about local pick-up

Local Drop-off/Pick-up: in Issaquah, WA Order online and choose "Local pick-up" option at check-out For "refills", bring your empty jars for us to refill, otherwise, we will lend you regular reused jars. We will fulfill your order within 48 hours, and we will send you a notification, when your order is ready for pick-up.



Tell me about Delivery services

We have a $30 minimum order for delivery. $5 delivery fee (Free for orders over $60). We deliver on Mondays. Our service schedule is setup in group areas to limit our carbon footprint. On delivery day, just leave your empty bottles and instructions at your doorstep for us to refill. Delivery areas: ​ Seattle Eastside - Issaquah (98029, 98027), Sammamish (98074, 98075), Bellevue (98006, 98007, 98008), Redmond (98052,98053), Mercer Island (98040) weekly Snoqualmie Valley - Fall City (98024), Carnation (98014), Preston (98050,) North Bend (98045), Snoqualmie (98065,98068) weekly ​ Deliveries will be made EVERY MONDAY between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Orders must be received by 6pm the day before for delivery to be guaranteed. ​ Are you outside of our current delivery area? We're always expanding to include more areas. Send us a note to info@outoftheboxecostore.com. Let us know your city and zip code, the more demand in an area, the faster we'll be able to set up a delivery schedule there.
