REUSABLE CONTAINER DISCLAIMER

Customers may refill our products using their own clean, dry containers. Glass containers are recommended; due to the varied combinations of potential ingredients in our products, in particular active ingredients and essential oils, certain plastics may react poorly with our products. Eco-Store assumes no responsibility for the suitability of any container for a customer's particular use, and we are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from a customer's selection and use of containers.

Eco-Store cannot take responsibility for any product once it has been taken out of our dispensers or other containers. We also cannot put any products back into a dispenser from a customer’s container for hygiene reasons. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any containers used for our refillable products are properly labeled and safely stored once they leave our store.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, Out Of The Box Eco-Store LLC (“Eco-Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not accept returns or exchanges.

Refillable items are not eligible for return or exchange, but if you receive something that does not work for you or is not what you expected, please contact us within 10 days by sending an email to info@outoftheboxecostore.com and we will use our best efforts to work out a solution.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Out Of The Box Eco-Store LLC team (“Eco-Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling as provided below.

Cancellations must be made by calling (425) 753-0932 (and leave a message if it goes to voice mail). Cancellations made by email or text will not be honored.

House Calls / Booking / Personal Shopping Experience:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $15. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the customer is unavailable.
